Dear Family, We really didn't know James but have heard many stories. Like most Beasley stories they have grown too large or have been cut short to protect the innocent. In any case no parent should have to go through this time. Please know our prayers go out to all of you and if there is anything we could do we certainly would. For now gather close and hold each other even closer.

Beasley,
How do I put so many memories, good times, and emotions into words? From the first time I met you way back as a freshman, I knew you were a special guy. Who else would make me slow dance with them under the stars to the music from their truck? Everything about you made my heart just soar- from your laugh, to that shy smile you'd make after you said something sweet, to your expressions & dance moves.. You were always there for me when I needed to talk, and you never failed to make me laugh when I thought i'd never smile again. "Only in America" won't die out, I promise you that. Not to mention the famous Beasley Shuffle. No one could do it like you, Bease. I'm so thankful that we got so close this summer.. My parents thought you were a wonderful person. They were deffinatley right about that. Even though I am a "computer nerd" with Danielle, you still made me feel like the most special girl on earth. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, miss you, and pray for you. Whenever I feel sad, I just look up to the sky and I know you're singing & dancing to "I'ma Buy You a Drank." :] I know you're watching over us, & laughing with us (sometimes at us.) You taught me so much as a person, and touched my heart as a friend. I only wish I would have seen the great guy right in front of me sooner. I know we'll meet again someday, and we're gonna watch a bunch of chick-flicks! I love you, James. I'll never forget you.
You lived your life to the fullest, and I intend to live mine the same, in loving memory of you.

"Don't Miss me too much .."
"I already do."

Miss & love you always, babe.

Beasley,
Although we havent seen eachother in a while you're passing is very sad to my heart. You were always such a joker. The talent show in middle school where you sang "how do you like me now?" I will never forget. I laughed so hard I cried. I know that your passing was for a reason and God needed you up there to make the other angels laugh. I'll see you again. Miss you

To the family,
You're son was such a pleasure to have known. You should be so proud of his life and how you raised him. He truly was a southern gentleman.

Wow. I don't even know where to begin. Beasley, you were one of the most amazing guys I've ever known. There was never a dull moment when you were around. You always put a smile on my face, without even saying a word. The only thing we had, were good memories. I'm so thankful that I got the chance to know such an amazing person as yourself. I'll never forget your birthday party, and I'll definitley never forget the "Beasley Shuffle". Haha. You were always changing it because you couldn't remember what it was from the weekend before. I know you've left Earth, but you haven't left your family or friends, the peoeple who love you the most. You're right by our side and I know you're not going anywhere. I know you're looking down at us, and smiling. I put flowers by your memorial site, I hope you liked them! They were the prettiest ones I saw! And Tim also brought your CD back, so I hope you & God are up there jammin out to T-Pain! =] You were such a crazy but caring, funny but serious, loving kid - and that's why I love you. There won't be a day that goes by where I won't think of you and the times we had. You'll always be in my heart, I'll never forget you.

* You may be out of sight, but not out of mind *

I LOVE YOU BEASE!!

Dear Cathy and Fred,

I don't know if you remember me (Jacob Carrs' mom) from weightlifting meets but I just wanted to let you know that James was the coolest kid, I loved his devilish grin and sparkle in his eye. He was always so polite and very funny. He came over to the house with Jake sometimes before the weightlifting meets to talk and gossip about school. If he would see me driving around town he would lay on the horn and wave! He was a hoot and it breaks my heart that this has happened to him. He left an impression on anyone who met him, he had a way about him that not many people have. I am very sorry for your loss and please know that we all grieve with you.

Know that we are praying for you. I only know James through my son Zach as they worked together for a short time at the Publix in Melbourne. If we can help don’t hesitate to ask.

Beasley was such a wonderful person and will be dearly missed. The first time we really got to hang out was when he came with my friend to visit me in Tampa, and I will never forget that weekend. I was there for at least 6 months and he already made more friends than me! We had a blast and I knew then that he was one person that I will never forget; he will be always in my heart. He cared about everyone and anyone, it didn’t matter who it was. Even when I got my wisdom teeth removed he was one of the few who tried to come visit me and bring me some ice cream. Beasley was a straight forward kid and couldn’t have been any better of a person! My prayers are with his family and other friends, I hope this tragedy will make you stronger and I hope everyone keeps those amazing memories of such an amazing boy!

I will always remember you as the joking, fun-loving, always smiling guy in football pants wearing a cut off t-shirt..We had some good times in high school--in the training room, whether I was taping your ankles or icing your knees..Along with some good memories after we graduated in suburban...and it's hard to believe that you're gone..especially when I seen you just last weekend..I will never forget you....and know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

We; the humans live in this world because HE creats us. And when HE call us Cathy we have to answer, we have to leave but we are going to be at His Divine side not for a while; it's for ever and ever. I will always remember the times me and James spent together. He was always so sweet and caring. We had so much fun just hanging out with each other. I remember wanting to ride on his four wheeler so bad that I begged him to take me on it. Well I immediately regreted that when he took me over a big jump out on the dirt road. We laughed so hard afterwards and new that would be a good memory...I will miss him so much and he will forever have a place in my heart. Love and miss you James...
