To the entire Skees Family. My most heartfelt and sincere sympathies and prayers go out to you all for your loss. I know Jared enjoyed and lived an adventure filled life that was just entirely too short. He will be missed but will live on in your hearts. My best to all of you, Mark Cavezzi.

The Skees Family,
My mom, Virginia Sparkman, called my house yesterday to tell me about Jared. Dick and his sons lived down the street from my parents and I remember the boys when they were much younger. It is always difficult to lose someone in your family, but when it's a young person that has their whole life ahead of them, it's much more difficult to understand. Our hearts go out to all of your family.
