Karl Blum Obituary

BLUM, KARL E., 96, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2008 in Winter Park, FL. He was born October 5, 1912 to Sophia and Charles Blum in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was an alumni of Denison University. He was a retired Director of Purchasing and Research & Development for US Playing Card Company. He was preceded in death by his beloved soul mate Kebbie Blum. He is survived by his sons Rob Blum and his wife Randele of Los Angeles, CA; Brad Blum of Winter Park, FL; grandchildren Kirsten Cameron Pirck and husband (Lars) and Jessica
Nicole; and a great granddaughter Kaitlyn Cameron Pirck. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 22, 2008 at 10AM at the Mayflower Health Care Center, 1620 Mayflower Court, Winter Park, FL 32792, 407-672-1620. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
