I am deeply saddened by the passing of Col. Wilson. He was an outstanding example of what a Marine should be. As a young NCO, I was proud to have served with and worked for this man. My wife and I will miss the annual anniversary call that he and Carmen made. Our heartfelt sympathy to the family and those who will feel his absence.

Paul touched many lives in so many ways. I feel blessed to have served under his direction on the Mayor's Senior Citizen Advisory Council. He was a very inspiring man and he will be missed by many.

Paul I never knew you but you are a fellow Marine. You lived your life like a great man should. It is time for you to go to another duty station and help guard the heavenly streets until I get to meet you one day. You are why America is a great place to be everyday. Thank you. Semper Fidelis Marine

Paul is one of my dearest memories of my time at OCPS Adult Education. We shared adjoining cubbies and Paul could always be counted on for positive thoughts and cookies! His words of concern and comfort were especially meaningful during my son's deployment to Desert Storm. Paul had been there and done that and he knew how to comfort me. My heart aches for your loss, but rejoices that I knew Paul.
