I grew up across the street from Steve and his family in Lk Monroe and will never forget getting caught by our Moms smoking
a half of camel from Pap Cain in the upstairs of the old Cain home. Stupid, we didn't realize there was no way to get down or up but the one way and we were caught. Sorry that I am unable to
get to services.

I always loved the summers I spent with Uncle Steve, Paula and Aaron when I was younger. Uncle Steve was always full of jokes, smiles and mostly love. I will miss him.

I have known Steve since I was 10 years old, he help raise me and through his charity and love made my young years wonderful. I would not have been able to participate in many school functions without his kindness. I loved Steve as a brother and great friend. He was a hard working farmer from sun up to sun down yet was always there for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Our hearts go out to Paula, Aaron and family. You are in our prayers and we love you very much. Remember we are alway here for you.

Paula, Aaron and family
My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. I was greatly saddened when your Aunt Franni and Uncle Bill told me about your father. They always told me great stories about you guys and Steve. May the Peace of the Lord always be with you.

Steve cared about his family and friends very much. He always had something good to say about everyone. His presense, smile and laughter brought everything into perspective. We thank him for all the wonderful things and love he gave us over the years. We will miss him dearly.
