Michael Koslowski Obituary
December 16, 1947 – May 18, 2025
Michael Koslowski, 77, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 18, 2025.
Born on December 16, 1947, in Neenah, Wisconsin, Michael dedicated his life to education, family, and faith. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stout, he went on to earn his master's degree and spent his career as a teacher in the Oshkosh Area School District, where he taught Industrial Technology and Driver's Education. His work left a lasting impression on generations of students, instilling in them practical skills, confidence, and lifelong lessons.
Michael was a devoted husband to Mary (Anders) Koslowski, and a loving father to Tanya, Jered, Terra, and Lisa. He is also survived by his sister Judy, who shared a deep and lasting bond with him throughout their lives.
A man of steadfast faith, Michael was an active member of New Life Community Church, where he found strength, community, and purpose. Michael was an avid sports fan. He grew up watching his uncle, Dave Koslo, pitch for the New York Giants, but later his loyalty was to his favorite Wisconsin teams-the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Wisconsin Badgers. When he wasn't teaching, he spent countless hours as a volunteer driving instructor for World Relief and coordinating rides for missionary pilots during EAA with MASA.
Michael's kindness, quiet strength, and humor will be missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, at 10:00 AM followed by a reception at MillCity Church Oshkosh (formerly New Life Community Church), 3250 W 9th Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54904. All are welcome to join in remembering and honoring his life. A live-stream of the service will be available.

Mr. K was the only teacher to be supportive of my creativity in all my years in school. My best teacher ever. RIP sir.
I did get a chance to tell him in 2001.
This one hurts but he is now with Jesus.

I had Mr K for 4 years at OWHS in graphic arts, he also taught me how to drive. I can remember him saying " breaking, breaking " I didn´t like to slow down while turning . I knew him also at New Life, he was an incredible believer.
