Douglas Johnson Obituary
Mr. Douglas E. Johnson entered into rest on Friday, July 5, 2024. Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Bethel A.M.E. Church at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Memorial Gardens. Preceding him in death were two brothers, Artist Tyrone Johnson and Charles Amos Johnson. Survivors are his parents, Charles and Sarah Johnson; siblings, Mildred Mills, Vernell (Frank) Brooks, Charlene McNeal, Renee (Tony) Clayton, Dwight (Deborah) Johnson; sister in-law, Theresa Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews; best friend and cousin, The Honorable Garnett Johnson. Mr. Johnson may be viewed on Wednesday from 1-5 pm.
