Max D. Wright
Max Duane Wright, 73 of Midland, died Wednesday afternoon, February 3, 2021 at the MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland. He was born March 23, 1947 in Midland son of the late Joseph D. and Alma (Spillers) Wright. Max attended Bullock Creek Schools and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish, read, camp, and his dog 'Bubba'. Max is survived by his daughters Tanya Allen and Bobbi Jo Little of Woodlawn, TN; grandson Colt Little, and brothers: Joseph (Jan) Wright, Larry (Mary) Wright; sisters: Lanora (Alan) Upleger, Myrtle (Sam) Matsuki, Nola (Eddie) Hogg, and Charlene Hall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Byron Wright, and sisters Mary Lou Shobe and Kathy Slee.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Inurnment will take place in the Porter Township Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Midland Humane Society. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Directors.
