Kenneth Samples Obituary
Kenneth "Red" Samples, 52, of Paducah, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at his home.
Red graduated Summa Cum Laude from Murray State University, was a Counselor for the Ballard County School Systems and a member of First Baptist Paducah.
Red is survived by his wife of nine years, Sarah Jane Kolb Samples; two sons, Brandon Neil Samples of Paducah and Zachary Samples of Dahlonega, Georgia; a sister, Alicia Purdy-King of Nicholson, Georgia; a brother, Gene Lee Samples of Dawsonville, Georgia; his nieces and nephews, Alexis Farist, Jessica Samples, Zachary Samples, Hanna Samples, Austin King, Brayden King and Stormey Farist.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Marie Gore Chmielowiec, and a brother, Larry Wayne Purdy Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Dr. Brian Arnold and Rev. Tommy Tucker officiating.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the service hour of 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Teen Focus and Family Focus Att: Tina Armer, 3561 Paducah Rd. Barlow, KY 42024; or Providence Ministries 711 South Hamilton St. Dalton, GA 30720.
