Miguel gained his wings and although we are saddened by his sudden death we know he is in a better place.

Miguel was a TSA officer at San Francisco Airport. He was A Star Wars fanatic. He enjoyed life to its fullest. He went boating, wine tasting, and along with his partner Melissa, enjoyed being foodies.

Miguel leaves behind his beloved family, father Marco Rico, mother Maria, sister Laura, brother Marco, daughter Milah.  He also leaves behind his beloved partner Melissa Rodriguez; and her family Eddie and Cuca Rodriguez, David and Christine Rodriguez, Natalie and Mark Hidalgo. Eddie and Ella Rodriguez, Vienna and Mateo Hidalgo. And their beloved dogs Juney and Gemma.

Hello my friend, you still cross my mind from time to time. I've been mourning your loss in my own way. I think about the good memories we had together, it brings a smile to my face when i think about our silly adventures. From going to raging waters in our 20s to when we use to play tag after school in our elementary school. More than anything I am sad that we lost touch after something silly. Time is fleeting and you taught me to make time for those you care about, even after death your still helping people. You always wanted to help people. You were a good friend and I'll keep thinking about the good memories we had together.
