Steven Mine Obituary
Mr. Mine was born on Oct. 5, 1947 in Watsonville to his parents Tom and Kikue Mine.
A life-long resident of Watsonville, Mr. Mine graduated from Watsonville High School in 1965 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Santa Clara University. He worked in agriculture for more than 30 years. He enjoyed playing golf, watching classic TV shows and spending time with his family, friends and his dogs.
He is survived by his son, Matt; his siblings, Marvin (Joanne) and Bud (Jody); many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Donations can be made to Heartland Hospice or Monterey SPCA.
No service has been planned at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carroll Family of Ave Maria Memorial Chapel.

My condolences to the Mine Family. Steve was a good friend of mine since little league baseball and through our high school experience. He always had a smile on his face and he was a fun guy to hang out with. He was a good athlete but a great friend. I'll miss my dear friend Steve but I'll hold many memories in my heart.
