Beloved son of Jacqueline Smith and Mark Smith, grandson of Paula Van Hoogen. A tender hearted, thoughtful and creative young man. A self-taught artist. Sensitive to the needs of others. Compassionate. Will be deeply missed by his family.
A Paddle Out Service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 3:00 PM at the Oceanfront Beach Park, 6415 N. Ocean Blvd., Ocean Ridge, Florida for family and friends. I am an old friend of codi,s. I am very sorry for your loss. We were together in Dcf group homes and foster homes and have alot of shared memories together. At one point he was my best friend.
