Every person that crossed the path of Craig shall not forget him. He was highly gifted, ambitious, charismatic, kind, loving, and personable with an amazing sense of humor that would have you laughing for hours. We shall all miss him terribly especially those closest to him. Let those that cherish his memory unite in prayer in lifting up his wife, children, grandchildren, parents, extended family and friends for strength, comfort and a hope that will endure during the highs and lows so as to remind them that they shall see him again.

TO the The Leblanc Family

Let me start by saying i am sorry for your loss.I also grow up in stony brooks with Craig and his family. and i always remember him being so nice too everyone he came across and always was smiling and i use to wonder how could a boy who lives in the projects could be so happy and as i sit here writing this i do remember them playing a lot of football too pass the time away and make the best of what we had under those circumstances. The brooks wasn't the best place to live back then.So with that said Craig you have made it out and what a job well done.Until we meet again old friend rest in peace

March 20, 2010

The reality of life is fleeting and brief; So as we loved we now shall grieve; Locked deep within the chambers of the heart; The memory of you will never die nor depart.

You take to the grave pieces of our earthly lives. God rest your beautiful soul.

My thoughts & prayers go out to the LeBlanc family in your time of sorrow. I grew up w/Craig in Stoney Brook & he along w/the rest of us kept our minds occupied by playing sports from pee wee @ Tate all the way through high school. They would tease cause everyone felt i was the trader cause i chose Suncoast over North Shore. We would look forward to the rivalry, which bought out the competitve spirit in all of us. All i know is Craig was a leader here on earth & he will be one in heaven.God bless him & his family & we need to celebrate his life, cause we all will see him again.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Lawanda & Family - How is it that God, in his divine wisdom, allows us to endure such pain, when we lose a loved one? He sends death to take us to where we're predestined to be; however, we desire more notice.
Death, unfortunately is an equal opportunist. Others may find that statement harsh; however, allow me to define my interpretation. Death arrives unannounced; doesn't acknowledge us upon its arrival; comes in and takes what is so dear to us; doesn't request our permission, and leaves without saying, "Good bye!"
However, when we've got a personal relationship with God, we're escorted to be with him, and he awaits our arrival. Craig can't crown him, until WE get there! I love you, my friend.

Lawanda, I was deeply sadden to hear of the sudden passing of Craig. No words can remove the pain you are bearing at the present but remember death with it's pain, death with it's sting cannot take away the memories you have of Craig so cherish and hold on to them. The scriptures gives hope, the promise of a ressurection for we are assured "God will wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain for the former things are passed away". Revelation 21:4. So as you cling to the undying love you have for Craig and await the ressurection hold on to this promise. I am glad that I had the priviledge of helping plan the wedding and witness the union of you two becoming one . Agape, Cheryl Johnson-Lott
