Fred LANIER Obituary
Fred T. Lanier, age 85, of Boynton Beach, passed away July 13, 2016. Fred was the former owner of GiGi's Lounge in Richmond, VA. He was a life member and founding member of V.F.W. Post 6364 in Richmond, VA, member of V.F.W. Post 5355 in Boynton Beach and American Legion Post 164 in Boynton Beach. He is survived by two daughters, Terri Brown and Janet Reynolds; life time partner, Elizabeth Reynolds; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home, corner of US Hwy. #1 & NE 15th Ave., Boynton Beach. The Committal Service and Military Honors will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road #7, Lake Worth (Lane #5). Contributions may be made to V.F.W. Post 5355, 500 N.E. 21st Avenue, Boynton Beach, FL 33435 in memory of Fred T. Lanier.
