Gerald BAIZEN Obituary
Gerald Joseph Baizen, 72, of Boca Raton, FL, passed away July 24, 2015. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Diane, children Mark (Danielle), Andrew (Rebecca), Jodi Sporn, Stephen (Jen), and Brad Kaplus. Grandfather to Ava Baizen, Bryana, Dylan, Paige Sporn and Brooke Kaplus. Brother, Michael (Audrey) Baizen. Services to be held Wednesday, July 29th in Salem, MA. The family will be receiving visitors Friday, July 31st, 12:00PM to 5:00PM at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Reiter, The Polo Club, Delray Beach, FL 33484. Contributions in Jerry's memory to JAFCO, 4200 North University Drive Sunrise, FL 33351.
