To the Chapman Family - my heart is full of compassion and Prayers today. I recently met Dr. Chapman this year February - for help with my weight loss. I am in the Medical field for 25 years - Auditing Physicians for their performance and work ethics. No one has ever had as high standards as your husband, father, brother, son and grandfather.
I was so glad my search was over for a qualified - caring - supportive physician. Unfortunately, I had several family members pass this year as well. My mother, brother, sister and aunt all passed unexpectedly and Dr. Chapman said to make sure I come in so he could put bandages all over me......
I just found out this week past and so sad. May God give you strength Sharon. I never met you but my husband, daughter and grand daughter all know how much he loved you. Well Really, how much he loved you all. I remember when the grandkids were coming to visit he left early that day. Prayers and Love sent to you all! C. Diane Rivers, BA, LMT, CPC

took care of me many years ago after an accident, and I never forgot him (or the needle and stitches). But I remember them both for different reasons-- I remember him as a friendly caring guy who made a scary time for a kid a whole lot more bearable.

Sharon, my condolences to you and your family. Your husband was one of the finest, most thorough doctors I have ever known. It's tragic that such a vital, caring man is no longer with us. I will miss him.

Chappy and I were next door neighbors from the time I first moved to Titusville when I was 9 and he was 11 until his parents sold the house on Smith Dr. sometime after we both were in college. We grew up as much like siblings as friends. I've wanted to contact him for the last several years but was unsuccessful. The last time I saw him was at Cookie's wedding, I don't remember the year. I am deeply saddened by the loss of my childhood friend and for his family's loss as well.

My condolences to the entire Chapman family. I saw Dr. Chapman when I was a young girl in Palm Harbor (9) years old. I am now 38 and tracked him down in West Palm Beach. Dr. Chapman treated me and my family like we were part of his own and really took good care of us. He was one of the finest doctors there is and he was also one of the best people I know. I really loved him and I am heartbroken over this loss. May he be resting in heaven. We will love and miss him greatly. Jenne Frisby Houle

Sharon, my deepest condolences to you and also to Dr. Chapman's entire family for losing a truly great man. He was my doctor, but much more, he was my confidant and friend, and I could not believe the news I heard today when I went to refill a script at the pharmacy. I have never known a medical doctor more interested in people and will always remember his warm handshake and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure from his office, the way he always called me a friend, and the way he often spoke the truth that other doctors going along with medical convention were usually reluctant to do. A great great loss. RIP.
