MORRIS, Howard Fitz-Henley
Age 47 of West Palm Beach, FL passed away March 24, 2015. Howie was originally from Jamaica. He was employed by ProLine Distributors for over 18 years. He is survived by: mother, Althea Martin (husband, Derrick) of St. Cloud, FL; sister, Marvelee; brothers, Hugh and Perry; niece, Patricia; and several more nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may visit from 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Friday, April 10, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, April 11th at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.

To Mrs. Althea Martin, Step Dad Derrick Martin, family and friends of Howard Morris I want to extend my condolence! I am praying for you all as your mourn the loss of Howard.

I am mourning myself as I have been a friend of Howie for seven years. I met Howie after I moved to TX from Florida and we have always kept in touch. He was a great friend and the best friend I had. I miss him more than words can explain. I teased him sometimes and called him "Jesus" because he had so many Christian qualities. He hated no one and was kind and helpful to so many! We called each other "dog" sometimes (not in a derogatory way at all)which started out as a joke... It was normal to get a text from him saying "What's up dog?" and likewise me with him. We shared advice and ideas with one another. He told me how he loved his job and the people he worked for and with as well as the customers.

I wish I could've been there in his final days to look in his eyes and say goodbye before he took his last breath but I know we will be reunited in Heaven one day. I will always reminisce about the great times we shared. I know he is smiling down on all of us.

RIP Howard!

P.S. I will be in Florida to attend his funeral.
