JAMES (Jim) GILBERT Passed on peacefully at age 63 in Hospice on January 20, 2008. He was the son of Elizabeth M. Gilbert and Richard A. Gilbert of Haverhill, MA. He was brought up in Haverhill, MA by his dad after his mother went to be with the lord, when he was 11 years old. He graduated from Haverhill Trade School and went on to become a sheet metal worker. He lived in Boynton Beach and worked for Eddingers Pest Control and was also a security guard at Wellesley before he suffered a massive heart attack. He is predeceased by his ex-wife and friend, Gloria Gilbert of Hooksett, NH. He leaves behind to cherish his memories a beloved and devoted daughter, Jilliane Gilbert of Boynton Beach; a loving son, Jeffrey (Cherry) Gilbert; and precious granddaughter, Ava of Bowie, MD. A loving and grateful sister, Arlene Mooers of Boynton Beach and her children: Pam Gosselin, Patricia Sanborn, Paul Mooers Jr., and Jonathan Mooers of Amesbury, MA whom he grew up with more as a brother than an uncle; also two dear brothers: Robert (Holly) Gilbert of Brentwood, NH and Richard (Marilyn) Gilbert of Ipswich, MA; an Aunt and Uncle, Victor and Shirley Gilbert of Amesbury, MA; three cousins and many nieces and nephews and friends. He was a gentle soul, loved and admired by all who knew him. There will be a memorial service tomorrow Saturday, January 26, 2008 at 4pm at Weiss Memorial Chapel, 202 E.
