Jane FOGEL Obituary
Jane "Jeanne" Fogel, a resident of Palm Beach for 39 years, formerly of London, England, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2016. She was known for her philanthropy in Palm Beach, as well as being acknowledged as a generous and accomplished hostess. Mrs. Fogel was born on March 29, 1918 and was predeceased by her devoted husband, Sydney S. Fogel in 1997. Mr. and Mrs. Fogel were married for 57 years. She is survived by her loving children, Mervyn (Judi) and Marsha (Michael), 7 adoring grandchildren and 12 precious great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fogel will be buried together with Mr. Fogel in Israel. Donations in Mrs. Fogel's memory may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.

As the owner of Kline Safe and Lock, I did work for Mrs. Fogel for many years. I had mentioned to her a long time ago, that she was 1 day older than my Mother-in-Law, who was also born in 1918.
I always have fond memories of her, and her fantastic accent.

I enjoyed being Jeanne and Sidney's Locksmith for almost 25 years. They were both very nice people and have fond memories of them both. It was always a thrill to hear Jeanne's English accent!

Well...what can I say except that we loved Jeanne and always enjoyed being in her company. She was the 'ULTIMATE Lady," inside and out. She was a real fashion plate always, exquisitely dressed and always her beautiful smile! She was one of a kind!
We lived in Palm Beach from 1987 'til 2011 and spent special times with Jeanne and Sidney. They were a wonderful couple! We still remember attending their 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration at Club Colette. Can't believe the year's have flown by so quickly and we'll now be celebrating our 60th Wedding Anniversary in July. We were young enough at their anniversary, to be their children and now we're getting way up there too.
God bless you and your dear families and may both of your parents live on for many years to come with the wonderful memories of them when they were both in good health and enjoying life. We'll never forget them and cherish the memories!
