Survived by: wife, Jennifer Clark Winokur, Franklin, TN; daughter, Haden Dianne Winokur, Franklin, TN; parents, Paul and Montyne Winokur, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; sisters, Becky Smith, Wake Forest, NC, Stacey (Jon) Hart, Huntersville, NC, Elizabeth Winokur, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; niece and nephews, Madeline and Parker Smith, Harrison and Davis Hart; mother-in-law, Emily Cooksey, Franklin, TN; brothers-in-law, Kevin Walsh, Franklin, TN, Timothy and Daniel Clark both of Phoenix, AZ. Memorial services were conducted at 10:00 AM, Monday, January 18, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude Children's Hospital. Becky, Stacy, Elizabeth, Dr and Mrs. Winokur, and Jennifer--words cannot express how saddened I was hearing about Jeff's passing. I will always remember Jeff as a smart, witty, full of life guy and that typical litle brother who always wanted to hang out with Becky and our friends. He made us laugh often. He wil be missed.
