Nancy: You and John were my first in-laws,. I began my venture with your family over 20 years ago. 17 years ago I gave you both your first and only grandson, Zakory Aaron. I have many memories now that I share with Zak. I am able to share the stories of how his grandfather was an avid dart player, a very outspoken person to whom could dance with such grace as he glided across dance floors, country dancing will never be the same! John's legacy will live through the stories that'll forever be told by all walks of people whoms life he touched. Nancy, in Psalm 3:3-4 He can be your shield and He'll hold your head when you feel it is too heavy to hold. For if you lean and call upon Him He shall answer you. My prayers are with you and all your family members as you all deal with your loss. May God bless and keep you in His loving arms. Jacque

Its hard to find words to express how deeply sorry and how deeply sad I feel for your family right now. Your father was an incredibly unique individual. The first word that comes to me when I think of him is Honesty. Brutal sometimes, hahaha, but definitely Honest. It was an honor to know him. And John, I know you've made your father proud. Look at all the wonderful things you have; a home you can call your own, a son that loves you, a wonderful mother and sister, a slew of friends that care about you, and for goodness sakes, you've become an Engineer of a major company. Yeah, I'd say he was PROUD! I know in time, the pain your feeling will turn into sweet memories. Love You John, Nancy and Mari

We spend all our lives loving and caring for family and friends and hope that they all have good health and prosperity. Unfortunately along with the happy times, there comes sad times when we have to say goodbye to someone special to us. Not knowing or understanding the reason God has taken them from us but hoping it was for the right one. It's ok to be sad or mad. Just know that Uncle Johnny is watching over you and he is healthy and happy. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone. love you....Jami

I will miss my Daddy more than I can ever express. I am encouraged by the fact that I will most certainly see him again in God's timing, I just wish it hadn't been so soon :). I am comforted by the fact that I still have my best friend, my Mom, to share memories and a future with. I believe that my Dad's life was rich and full because of the loving, sacrifical way my Mom loved him. I also believe that my Dad was one extraordinary man to have inspired such love, dedication and praise from such a woman as my mother, and from the man that my brother has become. Here's to you Dad - all my love, your adoring daughter - Mari Jo (p.s. if it starts to rain, I'll know it's you that spilled your beer up in heaven)
