JOHN C. GNECCO IV Mr. John C. Gnecco IV, age 53, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL passed away peacefully on May 17, 2012 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Gnecco, a beloved father, husband, and son, was born in Norwood, MA on November 29, 1958. He was a professional engineer for Florida Power and Light as Director of Project Development. Survivors include his wife, Ann Marie Gnecco; daughters, Alicia, Marissa and Sierra Gnecco; and son, Christian Gnecco; parents, John C. Gnecco and Elizabeth B. Gallagher Gnecco, all of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; sister, Deborah Humphreys, North Attleboro, MA; brothers, Scott Gnecco, North Attleboro, MA; and Brian Gnecco, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his children's educational fund at Chase Bank, 2500 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL. 33410. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM with a service starting at 4:00 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458. This is going to be the 6th year without you and the pain is still unreal. I miss your kind heartedness and smile. The way you reassured me that everything was going to be alright. You always believed in my success no matter what trouble I threw your way. I wish more than anything today, that in my hardest years of doctorate school that I could just talk to you. Talk to you and vent about how hard everything is and how I can't do it. The support and love you gave me will never be able to be replaced. I love you and miss you so dear.

Happy Birthday Dad!!
I still miss and think about you every single day. I lost my best friend and dad. I miss talking on the phone every day I was driving home from work. I miss being able to tell you anything and you making me feel so much better by looking at the positives. I miss how you would do absolutely anything for me and how you were always there no matter what. I will celebrate today in honor of you because I strive to be more like you every day. You truly were my hero and everything I've ever wanted to be. I love you and will never stop.

Dear Ann-Marie and family,
We just heard about John and are so saddened by the news. I remember you all coming to the Dental Practice I worked at then realizing John worked at FPL with my husband, Gary. We have memories of you at the Seaworld QIP expo and the fun we had over 15 years ago. I would see John after that at the gym and say Hi. I found out from the Prayer Chain at church of his passing and am so sorry. My prayers are with you all.

Dear Gnecco Family
I met John professionally while working on a project in Hendry County. It was only a couple of face to face meetings and several teleconferences, but John left an unforgettable memory. His superior knowledge and intellect never interfered with his down to earth persona. He made me feel like a friend. I will miss him and am sorry for your loss, we will pray for all of you.
