It is hard to believe that a year has passed since the good Lord decided to take John from his loving family and multitude of devoted friends. I him immensely and always will. John was one of a kind, a rare human being who had the respect of all that came into contact with him. May God bless him forever and bring peace to John Junior and the entire Mercurio family. With love and respect, David Roth

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May you find comfort in the god of comfort word at 1 Thessalonians 4:14 and through shared memories.

John was a wonderful person. I first met him nearly forty years ago, when he was on the Board of Directors at Suburban Bank in Lake Worth, Florida. My husband, Joe Henderson, was the bank's Executive Vice President. John was kind, generous, caring, a true friend and always a gentleman. He handled adversities in his own life with grace. He did all he could for other people. A class act.

John was a boss, mentor, and a friend to my husband Steve, and a friend to my family as well. He was kind, caring, and understanding to everyone; friends and customers alike. John was a great businessman and he treated everyone fairly and respectfully. We loved him, and will miss him. We are praying for comfort, love, and peace for the Mercurio family as they and all of us mourn the passing of a wonderful man.

John was a friend to both my husband and I for many years. He was a kind man who we are blessed to have called our friend. May his memory be a blessing to his brothers and children and to all he called a friend.
