I just found out that my mentor, instructor Mr. John T. Roulis has passed away, more than three years ago. I feel so sad and speechless. Mr. Roulis was above and beyond and helped so much to pass my my real estate class and state exam. I will be eternally thank and in debt with you. You were an incredible and best instructor I had. Thank you for all, the knowledge, the laughs and the those days at Golden School of Real Estate. Rest in peace and enjoy paradise, professor.

Dear Judy,
Our sincere and deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of John. John and I go back 21 years with Coldwell Banker, when I started . I loved working with John, and his wisdom in Real Estate. He was a Gentlemen's Gentleman. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. May his memory be a comfort to you at these very difficult times.
