Mr. Darren Orf succumbed to injuries sustained in a car accident Friday evening and entered into heavenly rest. Words are nearly inadequate and none shall do his memory justice. . . Our Darren was adventurous, charming, warm, highly artistic, immensely personable, and so, so much more. His humor was unmatched and appreciated best by his beloved friends and family. Darren had a completely infectious laugh. It's what we think of first and what we will always fondly remember. He had such a brightness surrounding him. He was tremendously big hearted. Darren indulged whole-heartedly in his life. He was known for being protective and loyal to his family and his closest circles. He reveled in the extreme closeness he shared with those who loved him; those whom he loved. Children gravitated to him and he offered them each a friendship for which he was adored. Unwaveringly, he defended those who needed him to. Each of his family members have numerous memories depicting him as extraordinarily kind, thoughtful, and as a loving man beyond measure. Again, the limitation of words is felt here and cannot rightfully deliver what Darren meant to each life he has eternally touched. Darren was the only child of, and survived by, his loving parents: Mark and Robbin Orf. Accompanying them in bereavement, is Michelle Guirard, his girlfriend. Grandparents: Ron (Sandy) Orf, Harold Taylor, Kathleen Hall Orf. Aunts and Uncles: Dixie Taylor, Matthew (Charlene) Orf, Raymond Taylor, Jim (Donna) Kolifrath, Tracy "Cissy" Taylor, Mitchell (Pilar) Orf, and Fawn Orf. Cousins: Jason (Erin) Crooks, Travis Daywalt, Wade Taylor, Jayna (Tyler) Clark, Kahlie Genest, Joseph Genest, Presley Orf, Breigh Taylor, Kayla LaSanta, Jada Markham, Taylor Crooks, Nick Markham, Isiach Ryan, and Colton Giroux. And all of his many, many, loving friends... Especially his bros, Smith and Dave Cooper. Preceded in death by: Lynda L. Taylor (Grandmother), Nick Orf (Uncle), and Amanda "Mandy" Markham (Cousin). Our family must extend a special acknowledgement to the angelic woman who selflessly offered her help at the scene of this tragic accident. To Karen Chechette - Our gratitude is overwhelming and our expression of which will continue on from now unto always. May God bless you. A special thank you to Attorney Ian Goldstein who believed in and never gave up on Darren. Services will be held on Thursday, August 27, from 6:00PM to 8:30PM, at The National Cremation & Burial Society, 1032 N. Dixie Highway, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
