I just re-read all the sweet things said and they are so appreciated. It is strange 4 years later and I still had to read them because it is still hard to believe she is not going to pop up at Easter. I didn't know when the anniversary date even was but I had an instant urging to look it up today right now. Love you Laura miss you everyday. DHR

I haven't seen Laura in a few years. This morning I thought about her and went to look her up and found this...my heart hurts. She was a wonderful person and a great engineer.

Thanks to everyone who left their condolences and came to the service esp all out of towners. Wow it was great to see you all there. Special thanks to Pam for having our family to such warm luncheon. I will have to look long and hard to find the good out of Laura and my dad's young passing. I just know one thing they are both in heaven and God is in control. So, I submit that it is well with my soul. Love Donna Hover-Ridings

I will always remember Laura as a sweet and spirited little girl. As kids we spent a lot of time playing outside together, in bare feet, getting really dirty and loving it. My little sister and Laura had some wild "big wheels" tricycle races around and around our driveway for hours. We are sending love to her family, especially her little boy.

Dear Lorraine and family,
Laura was the sweetest and most caring person I have ever come to know as a wonderful friend. I am so glad I got to know her during my time here in Florida. I miss her so much. We loved to play tennis together and joke around a lot. There was always a beautiful smile on her face. She will always have a special place in my heart. I wish you all lots of love and prayers during this difficult time . Your whole family is like family to me. I will never forget Laura! God bless all of you.

OMG!!! That is all I can conger up at this moment. Lorraine and I were very good friends and had children at the same time. Our children became friends. We have both gone through some very traumatic times, but I would never imagine this. My heart goes out to all of them. I am sooo sorry. :(

I heard of Laura's death a couple of days ago. I had a dream of her playing in our driveway at about 4 years old and could hear her voice. Who would have known what the future would hold for that little cherub?
