Michael CORDANI Obituary
Michael J. Cordani, 53, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 29 years, Darlene Cordani; his beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Cristina Cordani; his caring parents, William and Anne Cordani; his brother and best friend, Peter J. Cordani; his nephew Logan and many additional nieces, nephews and four admiring sisters in law. Michael was preceded in death by his brother, William, Jr. "Billy". Michael was co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of GelTech Solutions of Jupiter, FL. He took a small start up business to Wall Street, being extremely proud of their product and its mission and goal to save lives and property. He was a consummate professional who wore many hats. Michael was an adoring husband and he was not only a great father to his girls but a best friend as well. Michael had a heart of gold and he will be remembered by his generous and kind nature. He was a man of his word and always put others before himself. He lived life to the fullest and he traveled many highways and most importantly did it his way. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25, 10:00 AM at St. Edward's Catholic Church of Palm Beach (144 N County Rd, Palm Beach, FL 33480). Although I met Michael just seven years ago. I am compelled to say that he was always kind, generous and honest. Traits not found so much any more. Though years and miles have separated our family, my heartfelt deepest sympathy go our to Ann and Bill and the entire Cordani Family on the loss of Michael. I remember him as the little boy with the biggest brown eyes and a heart to match.

I had the privilege of helping to care for Michael during some of his final days. I only knew him for a short time but it was strikingly evident that he was greatly loved and was a deeply devoted husband, father, and son. My deepest sympathy to Darlene, his daughters, his parents, and extended family. God speed Michael Cordani.

To the Great and Wonderful Cordani family...There is an old adage that says, "When we come into this world, we cry and others are filled with joy. We should live our lives in such a manner that when we leave this life to pass on to another, others should cry and we should be filled with joy."
There are but a handful of special men like Michael Cordani. Today we morn, but Michael surely smiles as his greatness and mighty battle have lead him to the Greater Place!
...It should be known by all that, because of the GelTech job opportunity that he blessed our family with, my wife's life was saved from her own battle with serious health struggles. Eternal and daily Thank Yous fall woefully short of adequately demonstrating our appreciation!
Thank you Michael for your life-saving influence!
Our family's collective heart goes out to the Great Cordanis, now, ...and from now on!
