PATRICIA PELLEGRINO Mrs. Pellegrino, age 53, of Boynton Beach, died Saturday morning, October 31, 2009. She had been a resident here for the last 19 years coming from Farmingdale, LI, NY. Survivors include her husband, Joseph; a son, Anthony and daughter, Lisa both of Boynton Beach and her father, William McKenna of Lake Worth. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM Thursday, November 5 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Boynton Beach, with entombment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL. There will be a wake service 6:30 PM Wednesday, November 4 at BOYNTON MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 800 West Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. Those who wish may make contributions to their favorite charity in her memory.
