When I first was introduced to Delray, Bob was there not only as my architect, but someone that introduced me to the City he loved dearly. Long after any projects were completed, I could always call him and say "lets do lunch" and he always obliged. We would talk about projects, his sons video games, and life. Even when he was facing his battles he always maintained joy and optimism. He was a great human being and friend. You will be missed by so many...

Bob was such a wonderful man and good friend over the years. I worked on some projects with him about 30 years ago and we became friends. He was so very talented and cared so much about his Delray "community". I loved his art and sketches and hearing about all of his amazing travels. He was definitely one of a kind and he will be so missed by many people including me. I send my condolences and blessings to his family.

The GFA International, Inc. Engineering family of Delray Beach sends along our thoughts and prayers to the Currie family and friends. We have had the opportunity to work on projects over the last 30 plus years where Bob was the project architect and we always recognized his work as the top in the industry. His contributions to the local architectural, engineering, construction and development field as well as the City of Delray Beach will be everlasting. God Bless

Robert and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Currie family and friends at this sad time. Bob contributed so much to Delray but also to Boynton Beach. He was instrumental in obtaining the grants to restore the historical Boynton Childrens Museum and designed the decorative Ocean Avenue bridge . He was always willing to assist and lend a helping hand anytime, along with his considerable expertise for the community. He was one of a kind and will be missed.

There is nothing I can say that would ease the pain of losing a dear friend! Bob, Mike Listick and I go back nore than 40 years as dear friends! New Years Eve will never be the same without Bob and Jean! I am at peace with myself having spent time with Bob this past Thursday! Bob's last words to me will forever resonate in my mind, "I had a fine life"!
