Robert DREXLER Obituary
Robert George Drexler, Jr., 48, of Delray Beach and formerly of Appleton, WI, passed away on July 28, 2013. Bob is predeceased by his mother Jackie and father Bob Sr. He is survived by his wife Debbie, his children Arthur, Riley, and Chloe, his 11 brothers and sisters, Julia (William) Zimpel, Mary (Jeff) Harts, Fred Drexler, Ellen (Joseph) Burton, Joseph (Nancy) Drexler, Anne (Mike) Graham, Kathleen (Guy) DeGroot, Margaret (WIlliam) Adams, Paul (Michelle) Drexler, John (Imelda) Drexler, Susan (Matt) Hurteau, 39 nieces and nephews, seven grand nieces and nephews, mother-in-law Mary Yuhas, and his brothers-in-law Jon and Josh (Ildiko) Yuhas. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave., Delray Beach. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 2, 2013 10:30AM at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 15700 S. Military Trail, Delray Beach. A Memorial Mass in honor of Robert is scheduled for Friday, August 30th, 6 pm at St.Joseph Church , Appleton. A dinner is to follow in Holly Hall. The 30th would have been Rob's 49th birthday.

So sorry to here about Robert. He was a GREAT guy. I know he had to be the best husband, father and brother ever. It was always so much fun to talk about the old times,rec. ball, the best times, always with a story to tell about something only he would remember.

My sincere sympathy goes out to your family on the lost of your father, husband, son and brother. I met Bob over ten years ago in the basketball league of Office Depot. We had some very tough games over the years against each other. He always showed top of the class sportsmanship on and off the floor towards me. Even though we did not sit down often to chit chat much. We always had a mutual respect for each other. I am a very thankful to have known your love one. My Uncle Rob was one of the kindest men I knew, I am lucky enough to call him my Uncle. I have his duck that my Aunt Debbie gave him when they started dating, I'll never forget that story. I considered Bob to be one of my best friends. While we became separated by distance and changes in life circumstances, our friendship remained. I feel very fortunate to have had him as a friend and will cherish the many various memories of him forever.
