Family-Placed Obituary
ROGER HACKLE Roger Hackle, age 61, of Lake Wales passed away Monday, December 07, 2009 at the Lake Wales Medical Center. He was born December 13, 1947 in Boynton Beach, FL to the late Pierce and Vera (Haar) Hackle; he came here from Boynton Beach ten years ago. He was a firefighter for the Palm Beach County Fire & Rescue, attended the Holy Spirit Catholic Church and a veteran of Viet Nam, serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, air boating and collecting guns and knives. Survivors include his wife, Anna; daughter, Debra; sons, Joseph and Roger; sister, Debbie; brothers, Carl and Dale and granddaughter, Elizabeth. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday, December 11, 2009 and 9AM until service time on Saturday at Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Service will be 11 AM Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Marion Nelson FH in Lake Wales. Interment will follow at Lake Wales Cemetery.
