Thomas MOORE Obituary
Age 65, passed away on Friday, December 14 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Tom was known as ?Big T? and was loved by many. He is survived by his three beloved children, Sara Moore-Counes, Liz Moore and William Moore. A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, December 22 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hanley Resource Center, located at 933 45th Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hanley Center Foundation in his name. All proceeds will go to the patient lifesaver fund.
