1933 - 2018

Thomas M. Scurti, 85, of North Palm Beach, Florida and formerly of New Hyde Park, New York, passed away on July 2, 2018. Thomas worked for many years in financial services, first as a bond trader then a stock broker. In his retirement he enjoyed being a doorman at South Lake Condo Association in Palm Beach. Thomas was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, spear fishing, scuba diving, and gardening. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Lillian; daughters Deborah Wise (Charles Ancona), Lorraine Barbieri (Mitch), Christina DiGiovanni (Nicholas); beloved grandchildren Steven Marino, Michael Marino, Samantha Marino, Vincent DiGiovanni and Gianna DiGiovanni; great-granddaughter Zoey Thrasher. A Celebration of Thomas' life will be held on Thursday, July 5th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral and Event Center, 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, July 6th at 11:00AM, St. Clare Catholic Church, 821 Prosperity Farms Rd, North Palm Beach.
