She was such a sweet lady and friend.
She was in my Sunday school class and we sang in the choir together. We sat right next to each other.
She told me the Church was so divided and we needed to be as one, not divided. Oh how I miss her and all of my friends at Parkwood United Methodist .
Peace be with the family of Betty Freeman .

Betty was an dedicated employee at Jacob Stern & Sons for 24 years. She loved the LORD, her family, and her church. We spent many days eating lunch together as she proudly shared stories of each of you. I pray the Holy Spirit will COMFORT you, as promised, and will grant you PEACE, that surpasses all understanding as you cherish Her memory. I will always remember her graceful and proud walk. She paid attention to details and would strive for perfection in her work, which resulted in a job well done.

Betty has been my life long best friend. We have had a long journey of life together that I will always cherish. It has been an amazing 49 years together sharing happiness, sadness, along with accomplishments of her children. We could pick up the telephone and we knew when one or the other needed something we would be there. With great sadness when I visited with her last she could not recall who I was but I told her "It is okay that I remember her always and that I loved her". Betty loves her children and grandchildren, etc so much. She was and is a great lady with integrity. I will miss her very much but we know we will see each other one day. I know her arms will be open in recognition one day and we will continue to share our everlasting life together as friends forever. God bless each and everyone of you. I love you all.
