Dear Nancy, Joi, and Lisa-
It is with deep sorrow that learned of Charlie's passing. I have many fond memories of our time as neighbors on Raymond St. and of Charlie and how much he LOVED to engage everyone. My dad, Charles, used to spend extended time when he was off and home from work visiting with Charlie. Charlie was always trying to learn new things and he seemed to very much enjoy his "chat time" with my dad. I believe Charlie has held a very special place in the heart of everyone he ever met that got to know him. My prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
Respectfully,
Janice Fayle Morris
