John Perry Doxey, Jr., passed from this earth on April 25, 2016. He was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on November 22, 1951 and spent many years growing up in parts of Louisiana, including Grand Chenier and Deer Park, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Doxey, Sr., and his mother, Patricia Doxey.
He is survived by his children: Teresa and Luckey Reed, Christi and Justin Reeves, Bruce Doxey; his grandchildren: Sean, Kaitlyn, Connor, Ava, and Khloe; his siblings: Rebecca Doxey, Kenneth and Sheri Doxey, Susan Doxey, Mike Doxey, Sharon and Robbie Wallace; as well as many nieces and nephews and a host of other loving family members.
A memorial service will be held at Malloy & Son Funeral Home on Friday April 29, 2016 at 2pm.
