John was born in Trinity, TX November 11, 1931. He was the son of Roy Wilton and Clara Bell Arnold Hall. He passed away in Apache Junction, Arizona on November 24, 2013 at the age of 82.
After graduating from Pasadena High School, John proudly served in the US Coast Guard during the Korean Era. He was self-employed and owned and operated Hall's Ship Supply of Houston. He was also a retired business owner of Freeport Mooring of Freeport.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother R.T. "Buddy" Hall.
He is survived by two daughters Debra Hall and Sherry Hall, four grandchildren: Lynsey Arbogast and husband Dave, Veronica Clinton and husband Chris, Hayley Carter and husband Wes, Rachel Morgan and husband Kevin; six Great-grandchildren and one brother Charles Hall.
Funeral services were held on Nov. 30th at 11:00 AM at Waller-Thornton Funeral Home. Burial followed in Glendale Cemetery. Family also received friends one hour prior to service time.

May God bless you Debra,Sherry & Charles, Grand-kids,great Grand-kids & all the family at a sad time but remember he's watching over all of you as your guardian angel. I know ya'll probally don't remember me but I'am thinking of all of you. My name is JoAnn (Sissy Haas) Sargent I worked at Halls grocery & helped Mrs Hall cooking,cleaning & anything she wanted me to do.She was like a Mother to me I miss her very much.
