Johnnie Eddins Obituary
Johnnie Howard Eddins of Humble Tx died November 4, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Johnnie and his wife, Ruby were members of Lake Houston Church of Christ and he formerly attended Watters Road Church of Christ. Johnnie was a loving and kind man that provided support and purpose for those he loved. He loved music and loved to sing. Johnnie owned Johnnie H Eddins Insurance Agency in Pasadena for many years, retiring in 2008. He served our Country in the National Guard.
Johnnie is survived by Wife: Ruby Walker Eddins, Grandchildren: Robert S. (Bobby) Obar IV, Joanna D. Obar Ledezma and husband, Zach, Jaycee E. Obar, Great Granddaughter: Rachel Obar, Stepdaughter: Jeanette Parham, Stepdaughter-in-law: Andra Eddins.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his first wife, Faye Nell, his parents, William Frank and Alice Edna Cantrell Eddins, children, William Howard Eddins, Eddy James Eddins and Alice Jane Eddins Obar, step son, Jerald Eddins.
Funeral Services at Lake Houston Church of Christ, Humble, November 7, at 10am. Graveside services at Mt. Herman Cemetery in Center, Texas, November 7 at 3:30pm.
