Patsy Ann Snowden, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother went home to be with her Lord peacefully Wednesday, March 7, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 21, 1931, in Cameron, Texas. She graduated from San Jacinto High School in Houston, Texas. She enjoyed life to the fullest by spending time with her family and dear friends in the Red Hat Society. Patsy is survived by her sister Jeanna (Robert) Magness, and her loving children, Chris Rasmussen, Denese (Joe) Alaniz, Chere Medack, Gene (Cathy) Snowden, and Eddie Snowden. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brian (Debbie) Alaniz, Stefanie (John) O'Neal, Douglas Brian (Amber) Mann, Craig Alaniz, Christine Mann, Shannon Medack, Tonya (Doug) Quinones, Gena (Bryan) Steed, fourteen great-grandchildren, and cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kyle and Inez Clifton, husband James Snowden, son Mike Rasmussen and grandson John Michael Rasmussen.
The celebration of Patsy's life was held at Niday-Fairmont Funeral Home Saturday, March 10, 2012, with burial at Houston National Cemetery.
