Tommy Eugene Savell, 59, passed away June 9, 2013. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Rosewood Funeral Home, 3939 Pasadena Blvd., Pasadena, Tx. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 15, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Pasadena, 7500 Fairmont Pkwy., Pasadena, Tx., and inurnment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, Houston, Tx.

SHIRLEY, This is Fred and Diana Hernandez. We were involved with SOHO BASEBALL BOOSTER club, remember us? Our son and your grandson were in baseball together. We were so so sad and shocked to find out what had happened.I want you to know we are thinking of you. We regret not knowing about this sooner, we barely heard of Tommy's passing today. We will be praying for you and your family. May God be with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. He will now be united in Heaven with Bubba and do lots of catching up. I know he will be missed by Vicki, all the kids and his mom Shirley. I've known Tommy and Vicki for such a long time. Both are very special people. But Tommy you were always right there if any one needed anything. When I had my businesses in So Houston you helped me so much. I depended on you for so long. Just to talk to you or see your smile would always make my day. Tommy will be missed by all of us who knew and loved him...I remember all the cook offs we'd compete in...I remember a scary house in South Houston when I ran into him and Kenneth when he was about 6 I guess....Tommy was an awesome friend and my heart goes out to Shirley, Vicki, and the boys and their families...God be with you all at this time...Love you!!!

Shirley and family, we will all miss Tommy. I could always call on him with questions about the city. We had such a great time working the dance committee for the Pasadena rodeo years ago. Life is so short and we never know when God will call. I know he is in a better place but he will still be missed.
