Andrew Kozak Obituary

KOZAK-Andrew Arthur Kozak, 88, a long-time resident of Arcadia, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2005. He was born in Streator, Illinois on March 26, 1916 to George and Anne (Bellis) Kozak. Andrew served in the Marine Corps during World War II and was a postal worker in the Arcadia Post Office for 42 years. He will be greatly missed by all. Andrew is survived by his sons William Kozak and James (Ravelle) Kozak, their children Nicholas and Courtney Kozak, great-grandson Lindsey Carrigan, Ken (Noreen) and their children Andrew O., Ka thleen M., Megen A. and William C. Kozak II, great-grandson Andrew O. Kozak, and Robert Kozak and his children Robert J. Kozak (deceased) Cathy A. Kozak, and grandchildren Bryan R. and Ashley J. Kozak, Melodie Ellis, Deann Hezlep, Jackie and Patrick Cogburn, great-great-grandson Devon Cogburn. Vigil Service will be on Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at 7:00 P.M. Chapel of Remembrance, 500 S. First Ave, Arcadia. Mass on Thursday, March 3, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. Annunciation Catholic Church, 1307 E. Longden, Arcadia. An drew will be laid to rest along side his wife Mary (Flanigan) Kozak at Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia. E-mail condolences to www.ourfuneralservices.com.
