Worked on two Military Sealift Command ships with Andrew, the last being the USNS MEDGAR EVERS where he had departed from in mid-July 2020. So sorry to hear of his passing. Quiet and always pleasant he was a great 3rd Officer and always good to have as a member of our crew. Hope now that he's off somewhere steaming to Bamboola.
