Please accept my condolences on the loss of Ms. Davis. Her obituary caught my eye because of her military service. I wanted to make sure her service was recognized, so I have sent her obituary with a donation to register her with the Women in Military Service to America (WIMSA) memorial foundation in case she was not already registered

Since you included her military service in the obituary, you were obviously very proud of her service, as am I. Please consider contacting WIMSA (womensmemorial.org) to give them more details, perhaps even copies of photos or other documents, from her service.

My dear Sr. Dulcie...you are so dearly missed by me and by all your Legion sisters and brothers! But I am so happy that you are now free from your wheelchair, compression socks, back aches and all the other earthly crosses you bore! You bore them all with much grace and were a great witness to all who knew you. By now you have see Our Lady and I know that she walked hand in hand with you to meet the Lord! Thank you for all your service in her Legion and your many hours of help to me! To her family: I wish the Lord's comfort to each of as you mourn the loss of this amazing lady. May God bless always through your journey...

Dulcie- it's amazing how some people walk into your life, if only for a little while. Our family has been blessed to call you friend! We'll miss your phonecalls, emails, and certainly at our Legion meetings, but your tenacious spirit & great humor will live on forever in our memories. Joey says thanks for giving him his 1st job to mow your yard - may your grass in heaven have straight lines & manicured edges! lol Dear friend, may you rest in peace.
