I still look for you at my front door...knowing it can't be.
I still wait for your phone call...knowing it will not come.
I still feel your hand in mine...and hope that it will always be.
I still feel your gentle kiss upon my lips...hoping it will linger forever.
I still whisper "I miss you"...and believe that you can still hear me.
I still hear your "I love you"...and know that it was forever and always.
Love and miss you, Linda

Those you love dont go away, they walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near: still loved, still missed and very dear. Rich was one of a kind, a dear friend and a great son in law. My condolence goes out to Barb, Laura, his family, Linda and friends.

Rich was always my safe place and was the most caring person I have ever known, I will miss your spontaneous calls...and always when I just needed to hear your voice and opinion. He fought so hard these last few months and it was so hard to watch him slip away. From Jan. when I dropped by and he told me he did not have long.to say until the end of Feb when I saw him last...it broke my heart. I am so thankful for the time I did get to spend with him. I will cherish all the memories we shared, and I will always have you close to my heart. So proud of his girls for stepping in and helping him move on to his eternal home. He was laid to rest in Ga. where his girls would have him close. Hopefully we can spread some of his ashes here on Pensacola Beach where he spent so much time. RIP my 1950s Model..

Rich, my love - His ashes are in Georgia, but his spirit, heart, love, footprints and memories remain in Pensacola. Thank you to all his Pensacola friends and family that have expressed your condolences.

My condolences goes out to the Iversen family. Linda who has been by his side for 13 years. Their love and friendship very special. Her children and grandchildren. They will miss their Poppy. Rich was a very giving person, loved his cars and those sweets. I will miss him dearly as he became a part of my family too.

Poppy will be missed. I will miss my happy-go-lucky ""father-in-law" and all of the special times he got to spend with us. Holidays and special occasions will not be the same for us, especially for his grandkids- Brooklyn, Sophia and Iver. Though I am grateful he was able to re-connect with his daughters after many years apart, our hearts ache that we weren't with our beloved Poppy for his final weeks on earth. I know you are resting in peace with all of the dogs ( Dottie, Ranger), slot machines and sweets there is to offer in heaven. We love you.
