David Patmore Obituary
Born in Evansville July 17, 1949, he was the only son of Issac and Wilma (Pierrard) Patmore, who preceded him in death.
He was a 1967 graduate of Tell City High School and was an Army veteran. David was a retired boilermaker and enjoyed, traveling, reading, cross word puzzles and gambling.
Surviving are his sisters, Pam (Steven) Howe and Donna (Gary) Mullis, all of Tell City and his nieces and nephews, Heath and Brad Howe, Shannon Sprinkle, Scott, Jared and Ryan Mullis and Ginger Davis.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 30, (today) at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.ÊThe Rev. Dennis Duvelius will officiate.ÊBurial will follow in St. Isidore Cemetery.
Visitation was set for 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 29, and from 8:30 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.Messages of condolence may be left online at www.zoercher-gillickfuneralhome.com.

DAVE AND I SERVED IN A TANK OUTFIT 2ND & 64TH ARMOR AT CONN BARRACKS IN SCHWEINFURT GERMANY. HE WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND A VERY FUNNY FELLOW INDEED. ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T SEEN DAVE SEEN OUR SERVICE YEARS I STILL MOURN HIS PASSING. TWO OTHER FELLOW INDIANAN'S IN OUR COMPANY HAVE ALSO PASSED PAUL THORPE AND STEVE MCBRIDE BOTH OF PERU IND. I'M FROM NORTH CAROLINA AND NEVER DREAMED THREE OF MY BEST BUDDIES IN MY SERVICE DAYS WOULD BE YANKEES. LESSON IS, WE'RE ALL AMERICANS AND THESE WERE THREE OF THE BEST. GOD BLESS DAVE AND ALL OF HIS FAMILY.
