On behalf of the American Clergy Leadership Conference (ACLC), I extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to the beloved family of the late Bishop Anthony E. Moses. In his physical life, Bishop Moses stood out as a giant: a Bishop among Bishops as he injected new energy and enthusiasm for the Gospel wherever his feet trod or his voice rang out. The ACLC was honored and privileged to have known him and to have had him in our ranks. As you ponder your abiding love and relationship with him since he has made his transition, be encouraged by the Word of God as found in the Book of Ecclesiastes 12:7...for surely the spirit of God that resided in Bishop that made him live, move and have his being has now returned unto God who gave it. He lives forerver in God and his spirit shall remain with us forever. Be encouraged and know that you can always count on us to be there for you!

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it's the memories of you that are the most precious.

Thank you Moses Family,
For sharing your loved one with me
A great Preacher, and teacher and man of God
But the good news now is he is FREE!
Thanks for all of the opportunities you afforded me
To fellowship and preach
His ministry was indeed powerful,
Many lost souls he did reach.
I remember one time When Bishop got ill on a trip
And The Lord ministered Psalm 46 while he lay on his back
As if God himself was saying of my Holy cup take a sip.
I pray for you God's blessings, and strength and power and peace
For all of the daughters and especially you dear Dennice!
Love and God Bless Minister Lisa M. McGlone and Cherice

My deepest heat felt sympathy for the wife, the children and siblings I pray that God comfort your hearts and give you great and sweet memories of the good works and goodness that God graced Bishop Moses to carry out. Bishop humility and kind open heart has changed the lives of many people including myself.
Bishop Moses insight and wisdom saw the anointing that God placed on my life, which allowed him to license me for ministry to fulfill my God-given assignment. I will miss him, but never forgetting what God has done through his life. May the peace of God be upon your family now and throughout the holiday, reflecting on the great vision that he left behind for the harvest.

Bishop Anthony Moses; my brother you will be deeply missed; but from the heart I love you man. Thanks for all of the years we've spent together growing up in Christ Pentecostal Holiness Church and our families becoming family. You paved the way as I admired you as an usher in the church and you saw to it that I became an usher, You started the first singing group that I ever had the opportunity to sing with; "The Gospel Lighthouse Boys". Your spiritual gifts elevated you even higher as I witnessed you preaching your trail sermon back at the Garden of Prayer under Levi Willis the second. Then God took me higher and I followed in your footsteps and preached my trail sermon at the Bright Star COGIC under Elder Y. D. Thourogood. Then you moved on to the Bethany Baptist Church under Pastor Jake Manley. You were having such a great time you invited me; and before I knew it I was following your footsteps once again, and I became a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Then God saw fit to take you higher once again and you Pastored the Mt Lebanon Baptist Church in Chesapeake, VA. Then God gave you the vision to go out and start your own ministry. Now years later here we are again; and once more your life has elevated you to higher heights; only this time you are gone on to be with the Lord; and I know you have heard those wonderful words saying; "Well Done" thy good and faithful servant". Just know that I will miss you deeply my brother; but have no fear because Rev Ronald E, Cromuel Sr, will follow your footsteps once again, and we both will be able to shout the victory and wonder how we made it over. God Bless you Bishop A. E. T. Moses

Bishop(MY SPIRITUAL DADDY)- Moses you will surely be missed. You have helped me and my children through some of the roughest times in our lives by preaching and teaching the word and giving good advice and we will cherish that always. I still can hear you preach when I was attending church-you would talk about backsliding(stepping all over my toes-ouch) and I would say"PREACH BISHOP". You are in a much better place than this old world could ever offer. I love you and will always remember you in spirit. Dance around in heaven for me and I will see you there 1 day!

Wow, Words can't express how sad I am. I know he's in a better place, and I do take great comfort in that, but it still feels like someone stuck a knife in my heart.Bishop was like family to me. Bishop was a great man of God. He loved everyone and eveyone loved him.I've been a member of New Discipleship for over fifteen years, and never once have I ever had the desire to leave. That's truly because he was a great spititual leader. We will truly miss him. He always talked about going to Glory and seing God's face! Well Bishop, you made it in, Well done faithful servant, take your place in heaven with the rest of the angels that have gone on before you. I can just imagine you are up there doing your famous dance! we love you and will truly miss you.To Dennice and family: may the grace of God continue to be with you all and give you what you need during this very difficult time. We love you and are here for you all.

A precious leaf has fallen from our Family Tree and we are sad.....Bishop Anthony E. Moses was a great man of excellence in every way. When I married his father in 1978, I became his second Mom. After I gave birth to his sister (Lana) we began to experience the joy and honor of having him for a son and a brother. There are so many wonderful stories to tell about our life and his. One of his favorite meals to cook for us was spaghetti and meatballs. He never made it the traditional way but we would have to guess just what it consisted of. We never quite knew all the ingredients but it never stopped us from insisting on his cooking it as our favorite meal. (smile) He was a multi-talented, anointed...loving... gift of God. We look forward to seeing him again in that Great Family Reunion in Heaven. To the Bishop....goodnight...for now...we will see you in the morning! Bonnie Moses Wilson/Lana E. Moses and Family
