Benjamin Colonna Obituary
Norfolk - Benjamin Paul Colonna, sweet baby of Billy and Holly Colonna of Norfolk, VA, was born on April 21, 2015, and entered heaven in his parents' arms on June 30, 2015.
Benjamin was diagnosed with congenital heart disease and CHARGE syndrome. His short time on earth was spent at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was compassionately cared for by the loving and skilled surgeons, doctors, and nurses. His grandparents are John and Teresa Colonna of Norfolk, VA, and Tim and JoAnn Sceviour of Virginia Beach, VA. We will carry Benjamin in our hearts until we meet again in the presence of our Savior.
A funeral service will be held Monday, July 6, at 10 a.m. at the Tabernacle Church of Norfolk, 7000 Granby St., Norfolk, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater and/or the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. Saddened by this loss but rejoice that he is in the loving arms of our Father who knew that Ben's life on this earth would be so short but impact so many. Thankful that God is so wise to do what is best. Praying for the entire family.

As we prayed for Little Ben, we just asked God to do what was best for him. He underwent so much in his short little life. It is truly a joy to know that he is now healthy, happy and whole. Waiting of us to come. Experiencing this loss with you but noting Heaven's gain.
