Guy Cuffee Obituary
Chesapeake - 42, of the 3900 block of Pierce Lane went to be with the Lord on Tues night, Aug 11, 2015. He was a native of Portsmouth. He was employed with Southeastern Freight Line. He was a former member of Greater Bethel A.M.E. Church and El Shaddai Church.
He was preceded in death by by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Georgia Cuffee, paternal grandparents, Robert and Nadine Fields Sr., a uncle, Henry "Hank" Cuffee, a grandchild, Peyton Maddrey, and his beloved dog, "Star".
Guy is survived by his mother, Gail Cuffee-Ramsey of Chesapeake, stepfather, Jim Ramsey Jr. of Ga., father, Robert (Josephine) Fields Jr. of Chesapeake, his former wife, Shari Cuffee of Portsmouth, three daughters, Lera, Breona and Deja Jackson, all of Portsmouth, two grandchildren, London and Landon Jackson of Portsmouth, two brothers, Nicholas (Belinda) Ramsey and Jim Ramsey of Chesapeake, one sister, Lachandra Fields of Chesapeake, a very close cousin like a brother, Kendall Williams, a special friend, Shawnda Strodel-Darden, and a host of other very close relatives and friends.
Guy's life will be celebrated on Wed Aug 19, at 11 am in Mt Lebanon Baptist Church, Chesapeake. Friends may join the family at the funeral home on Tues from 7 to 9pm. Professional services provided by Steele-Bullock Funeral Home.
