Virginia Beach - "Jeannie" as she was affectionately called, Passed away peacefully on July 26, 2014 at the age of 71. She was born June 30, 1943 in Scottland. Jeannie is survived by her husband, Ricky Riley; mother, Jane Millar; Sisters, Elanor, Margaret and Patricia; Brother, Billy; sons, Brian and Chris (Ashli); Daughters, Tonya and Shauna; Grandchildren, Anthony,Tianna,Mia,Byron and Maureen. She leaves behind many extended Family and Friends. She was predeceased by her step-father Tom and her brother Bobby. Celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, August 2, 2014 at First Baptist Norfolk, 312 Kempsville Road, Norfolk,Va. The Family will receive friends following the service at 1476 Five Forks Rd, Va Beach Va at 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer or your Local Church in her Memory. Services are under the direction of Fitchett funeral home 1821 E. Liberty St. Chesapeake, VA, www.fitchettfuneralhome.com

So sad Jeannie has left way too soon. She will always be remembered with a smile. What an original sweet lady Jeannie was. Just a heart bigger than Texas is what she had. I love you Jeannie.
