Jarmon Mayes Obituary
Portsmouth - Jarmon A. Mayes affectionately known as "Jae", 39, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was a cosmetologist for 20 years and for the last four years a make-up artist for MAC Cosmetics. Jarmon was a graduate of Churchland High School where he was an all-star track athlete. He continued his studies at St. Augustine College and Christopher Newport College.
Jarmon leaves to cherish his memory his spouse, Terry McNair; daughters, Aunye Jones and TeAnna McNair Joyner and a host of other family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 29 at J. T. Fisher Funeral Services, 1248 N. George Washington Hwy., Chesapeake from 4 pm until 7 pm. A life celebration service will be held at 10am on Saturday, April 30 at J.T. Fisher Funeral Services Chapel. The family has entrusted J. T. Fisher Funeral Services to handle the final care arrangements. Condolences can be offered to the family at www.jtfisherfuneralservices.com.
